Soba Has Never Been so Fun
Wanko Soba is really, really fun to eat. Each mouthful of soba noodles is served in a separate, small bowl, and the server keeps bringing you bowls until you've had enough. The first bowl of soba is eaten with nothing on it to taste the flavor of the soba, but toppings are added after that. Usually, anywhere from 30-60 bowls of Wanko Soba is eaten, but eating as much as possible has become a fun challenge for foodies who travel to Japan.
