Please read the following carefully before booking online. All customers must note and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of booking below.

For the benefit of everyone on the tour(s) HIS reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.
Pricing
All transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars including tax. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and may vary depending on availability.
Payment
All services/tours/activities/tickets must be prepaid at the time of booking by credit card. If paying for the tour/activity with a credit card, Customer is hereby stating that Customer is the authorized cardholder or that Customer has been authorized by the cardholder to use the credit card. In the event the credit card is dishonored, rejected, or later contested for any reason, Customer agrees to pay the amount indicated on the order form to H.I.S. International Tours.
All credit card charges will be processed in U.S. dollars, and are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the H.I.S. control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.
Revision of Contents of Services
HIS may at any time cancel the tour or revise its contents and services for any of the following reasons: natural calamity or disaster, weather conditions, suspension of services rendered by transport, accommodation, or service provider facilities, provision of transportation not based on the original operational plan, governmental orders, or other circumstances beyond HIS control. HIS reserves the right to take necessary measures when safe, smooth tour operation in accordance with the itinerary is deemed impossible, or when there is valid reason to believe that the tour cannot continue. In such cases, HIS must explain in a timely manner its inability to function according to the itinerary under the circumstances. However, said explanation may be made after revisions are made when conditions demand.
Travelers Who Need Special Assistance
You must report any disability requiring special attention directly to a representative of HIS at the time of reservation. HIS will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of travelers, but it is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Be aware that facilities for disabled individuals are sometimes limited. We regret that we cannot provide individual physical assistance to a tour participant for walking, dining, getting on and off trains and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance. Any pre-existing physical (including allergies), mental, or emotional disability that may require attention or treatment must be reported in writing prior to the beginning of a tour. Failure to report such disabilities may result in refusal of the continuation of services for that participant, and no refund will be provided for services not yet rendered. HIS tours can be physically demanding: You could be doing a lot of walking and standing during the tour. You could be taking your luggage with you as necessary. Because public transportation is not always convenient, there may be times when you will have to walk with your luggage. Suitcases with rollers work fine, but there may be times when you will have to carry your luggage up and down stairs. Because of these reasons, only those who are in good health (no heart or back problems) should consider our tours.
